I am not happy with your company I cancelled my Broadband and Mobile phone with you a few month ago. But I see you are still taking money from my account, now I suggest you correct this ASAP or I will start legal presiding to get money back and costs. This was one of the reason I left your company because you took more and more money all the time and it seem you think you still can.
The Talktalk company, have done it again demanding money with threat of legal action on a account closed two year ago, and today Moorcroft there debt collector have threaten action also. even though I paid Talktalk there so called £15.00 and then they sent me a letter saying they were wrong and would not cash the cheque, they did cash the cheque and for the same bill Moorcroft want £13.45 So do not deal with the arseholes please be warned.
