I am now developing a SECA on ceramic PCB with a massive dynamic PSU using silicon die not components and gold bonded wire, it will give a output about 100W in SECA but idle power is only 20W dissipation a bit cooler.
But as will you have guessed the PSU has to run over ten times faster than the BW of the amp, i.e. BW 5Hz - 250KHz amp and the PSU will have to do 2.5MHz or faster, and change from +-5V to +-50V in 400nS, and with current demands of 10A it will need huge energy reserves.
